0:10.0	in your own family with someone who is very dear to you. Yeah, let me just start by adding to what
0:14.4	you guys just said, because I just said this in a sermon recently, which I don't think I made this
0:18.6	up. I think I heard this from somebody, but it's, go something like this, is that the promise of
0:22.3	the gospel isn't that you get a good life. The promise of the gospel is that you get Jesus
0:27.6	who will help you through life. If you've listened to even a few of our podcasts, you know that
0:35.9	we usually start off quite light, but today we're dealing with a very serious subject and so we're
0:43.4	going to be uncharacteristically sober. We're going to be exploring the question, what's behind
0:49.9	self-harm and suicide? And it really, really, really is our sincere hope that we can give some
0:56.1	helpful answers today and also give some hope, maybe to some of you who are listening and who are
1:00.1	struggling with that. And on that note, we got this very encouraging comment on our podcast Apple
