Summary

Dr. Pepper Schwartz is Professor of Sociology at the University of Washington, the author of 25 books on love and relationships, and an expert on Married at First Sight on Lifetime. The series features three couples, paired up by relationship experts, who agree to marry when they first meet. The couples spend their wedding night in a hotel before leaving for a honeymoon. Upon returning home, they live together as a married couple for eight weeks and then choose to divorce or stay married. Dr. Schwartz discusses how couples are paired, the reason the most successful couples are still together, and gives advice for those dating or married on love.
