and that's available everywhere so get on that that would be

very fun i'm going to listen today he's also got a podcast out called the a to z of men so you have

the check of that as well if you want to know more about man yeah so i guess uh we've been talking for you

and now you'll be listening to us it It doesn't seem like a fair exchange,
