let yourself listen as a kind of meditation practice itself.

Not so much listening in order to remember it all.

There's no quiz, no grades.

But listening somehow to notice if anything resonates is true in you, because at its

best I believe teachings to be reminders of things that we already know in our own heart.

And if it's not a reminder, it doesn't seem true, just let it go. But let yourself be easy as you listen. And last

month I did a talk that was a great myth, a story from India on the, the story of

Natchikata and the Lord of Death.

And I feel like I wanted to do some stories in these talks in these months.

So tonight we have a different story.
