Summary

Just last month, Philadelphia Police Officer Mark Dial brutally shot and killed a young man who was sitting in his parked car. And to cover it all up, the cops lied and said that the victim, 27 year old Eddie Irizarry, got out of his car and lunged at police with a knife - giving the city, and the nation the impression that the shooting was justified and in self-defense. Except police made the entire story up. And it's all on film. In fact, Irizarry never even got out of his car. Never opened his door. Never rolled his window down. It was all a lie. Police, within 7 seconds of seeing the man, shot and killed him through his car window, then, according to hospital officials, abused his body afterwards. Thankfully, Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner charged the cop with murder, in what every expert called a clear open and shut case. But yesterday, a judge did something that I've never seen in my life. They just canceled the entire case and said that no evidence existed for the charges.WTF? Like what are we even talking about here. The evidence is on video. Let me unpack and explain it.
