| 0:23.3 | In the building of the vessel stage, which is often a period of darkness, a period of confusion, |
| 0:30.2 | a period of not knowing what tomorrow will bring. |
| 0:33.5 | It's a period where you might feel disconnected from people that you love. It's a period of maybe loss that you've recently gone through. |
| 0:41.3 | Loss of love, loss of friendship, loss of health, loss of something that was dear to you, |
| 0:47.3 | and now you don't know how you're going to feel good again. |
| 0:53.3 | This period of building the vessel that you might be in, |
| 0:56.6 | you must know that this is always what precedes the revelation of light, |
| 1:00.9 | because the light has to be revealed into a vessel. |
| 1:04.6 | And so in the difficult times that we go through, |
| 1:06.9 | either individually or collectively, |
| 1:09.6 | it's always a period of preparation. |
| 1:11.6 | And it doesn't seem that way, it doesn't feel that way. |
| 1:14.6 | It feels like we don't know when the pain will ever go away. |
| 1:19.6 | But you must know that you are just in one of these two phases. |
| 1:23.6 | And part of the spiritual work that we are doing |
| 1:25.6 | and part of this deep ancient wisdom of Kabbalah that we're learning is how to shorten the period of the building of the vessel. |
| 1:34.3 | How do we not only shorten the period, but how do we enjoy the period? How do we rise above the pain and actually see the vision of the future, of the perfected self, of the miracles that are being |
