podcast, it's Jeremy Warner, Derek Piper, because Illinois has a new addition to the basketball

roster. Only three scholarships now available. And this is a big one, both literally and we think

quality-wise here, Derek Piper, in Illinois, going overseas across the Atlantic.

We knew Brad Underwood and his staff were overseas here recently, and they come back and they get

Thomasov Ivatsich, excuse me, from Croatia, 7 foot 1, 250 pounds.

It's played over professionally the last couple years.

So technically he's a freshman.

People asking me about his years of eligibility, Derek.

There's multiple years.

There's just how long does it take him to go make money,

whether it's back in Europe or it's back in the NBA.

And some people think he can be an NBA prospect.

So Derek, we've been doing our research on him, been diving into him,

the brother of Kentucky Center, who Orlando Antigua coached last year.

Obviously played a big part in this recruitment,

but just your quick reaction to Illinois, adding Tomasov Avic.

We knew Orlando Antigua wasn't going to take too long to make his first splash, his first

imprint on this roster, and here you have it with Avicich.

And a skilled, stretch big, legit 7 foot, 250, ability to shoot the three.
