After 803 episodes, I am surprised how nervous I was just when I hit the record button for

today's podcast.

I've been gone for four months.

I've had multiple procedures on my neck.

I'm feeling significantly better.

It's temporary.

I'm not trying to be pessimistic, but I understand what I'm up against.

Some of the relief is temporary, but I hope and pray and believe that the very worst of

the pain that I've been experiencing is behind me.

But today, I'm just glad to be here with you.
