Summary

It has been a hectic week in GGW Land, with Joy experiencing a death in the family and Claire starting her second semester of grad school. So, obviously, the conversation quickly turns to facials and manicures, and the importance of some good “Me Time” every once in a while. This week, we also talk about Claire’s adventures in ice climbing and how CrossFit has helped her mentally prepare for hanging over the edge of an icy cliff while holding sharp pointy ice axes, and talk about motivation, our new favorite WOD fashion trends, and, of course, Rich Froning’s biceps.

0:18.0	Yes, we are recording on a quarantine because I think I might have the flu.

0:26.4	So I'm sitting on my bed and Luna's laying on my feet and I'm in my own house and we're going to see how this goes.

0:36.4	So we were supposed to record with Nicole this week, but life happens and we're going to
0:41.4	record with her next week. So this this week and it's probably better because Claire we wouldn't want to get the flu from you.
0:47.0	Yes, Claire. Yeah Claire called me and she's like I think think I'm getting the flu, so I better not come over.
0:56.0	And it might be a false alarm, but I've had a super bad headache all day and then I started feeling
1:00.6	nauseous and I was like, well, this might just be from the headache, which is probably just from like overload of school everything.
1:07.0	Yeah. But are you allergic to school? Just. My brain is full already.
1:13.0	But there's like, you know, you don't come into contact with anybody for like three weeks and all of a sudden you're in a building with like hundreds of other people.
1:21.0	Yeah.
1:22.0	Anyway. Jeremy grad students.
1:25.0	Those Jeremy grad students.
1:26.0	Crazy kids.
1:27.0	Like everyone came back and everyone's like, I'm sick.
1:29.0	I was like, why are you here?
