We talked last week about how like just been kind of waiting for stuff to happen and

lo and behold.

I was, you know, I was just going to say the same thing.

I remember in the last episode saying like,

it's kind of a slow week, nothing too much happening.

And like right before we started, John Bolton got fired.

Yeah. And so that's obviously huge news. There's not a kind of

Trump's third national security advisor within a couple odd years basically of his

presidency. Right, right, right. And so you know it kind of it is what is. I don't think we're going to talk too much about that. We got some other things to talk about on this episode. But I was struck by, and I know we talked about this sort of in our in our editorial chats as far I mean

Trump's fired a lot of people on Twitter but I don't as far as I can remember every

other time it's at least phrased.

I mean, sometimes it is, you so know it's the opposite.

It's almost patronizing, but it's usually phrased as, know David Tainter has is is leaving the position

of X and we wish him the best he did a great job bye bye yeah exactly and this is the

first time it's like dude you were fucking fired and you suck and I told you you were fired and now you're fired and you're also you're fired. I mean it was like a slam. Yeah, that's true. It's usually, yeah, so and so has decided to step down or has withdrawn his nomination or whatever.

And so...

Or sometimes even, the new guy.
