Good morning guys. Welcome back to It's Me Tanks. Happy Monday. How are you all? I'm pretty good.

I'm in New York right now. Absolutely loving New York. And I was kind of lovely catch up with my

friend Baja this morning. And I worked with Baja for gosh, I guess three years in a gap in San Francisco.

And we we were work wives like we were you know that person you love them you would die without them.

I literally would have perished without this woman. I would have perished without Baja. We literally

were each other's lifelines and we just had the most epic catch up this morning. I'm so proud of her.

She's killing it. And we were talking about, so I just wanted to remind you I have a note in my

phone to say reminder, stand touch with people. It's okay if you don't speak to them for like three

months or whatever. Just keep in touch with people. It's so important. She heard them from the

sidelines. It's really unbelievable. I've known her for 10 years now. I realized like, oh gosh,

in the blink of an eye. So keep in touch with those people. Even if you move to different

sides of the country, I mean, I love her so much. But anyway, we were talking about she moved to

New York at the beginning of this year. And I was like, God, I'm loving it. Like it's crazy. And

she was like me too. She lived in San Francisco until now. And she was like, I'm so glad that I

waited to move to New York. Like I feel like I was really ready for it. And I was really in the

stage of my life that I was ready for it. And I was saying me, you know, I think I love New York

right now because before I just didn't like myself when I lived here before and I was so lost.

And I think it's a very hard city to live in if you're feeling like lost and you're feeling lonely

and like you don't have like your gang, whatever. And you know, it reminded me that it's not,

it's so rarely the other thing. It's usually something that's going on within you. You know what I

mean? And the fact that I had such a bad time when I lived here before it was me hated myself.

Didn't know what I was doing listless. You know, just having a shit time. So gosh, anyway,
