This week I'm going to touch on a couple of news stories

that I think we're kind of a big deal over the past week and then I do want to follow up a little

bit on what's going on at IHOP just as I think the whole you know everybody who's part of the

prayer movement or you know sympathetic to it is affected by what's going on at

I-HOP and with Mike Bickel so I think it's going to be a process so I do want to spend a little

time talking about that but first let's talk about the news items. First of all, Trump was sued in a New York court of fraud for fraud.

And the idea is this, that he claimed that his property in Florida

called Marlago was worth something like $200 million. it might have been more than that but essentially

they are saying that he inflated the price of his property to get a loan from the bank because the way it works if you're a real estate developer is that you go to the bank and say hey I'd like to get a loan and

You know as collateral there'll be this this property that I own right and this

shows that you know I'm getting income from this property so you can tell that I'm

good for the I'm good for the loan and then the bank you know they go well you say it's worth

$200 million but they go and investigate and they try and they do their due

diligence to find out how much they think it's worth right and then they give

you a loan based upon you you know, what they find.

So that's kind of how, you know, real estate loans work as far as I understand.

I'm not a real estate developer by any means.

But basically the lawsuit said that Trump basically lied about how much
