What do you picture in your head when you think of a killer?

I know we aren't supposed to stereotype, but you might be thinking of someone deranged,

weaving around a weapon. Maybe you're thinking of an out-coun. of someone who grew up in a

thinking of an outcast in society or someone who grew up in a bad

environment and you're also most likely thinking of a male because let's face it most killers are.

According to the United Nations global study on homicide only about 10% of

murders are committed by women. In most about Not in this story. In the case we have for you today, we are going to talk about a female killer who lived the perfect life.

She had the white picket fence, the beautiful home, good looks, nice cars, loving family, but under all

of that she also had a desire to kill.

Beginning in 1975, members of Audrey Marie Hilly's family began to fall ill and when

under her care they only got worse. Unbeknownst to them she had been poisoning them with arsenic, all for her own financial

gain.

But there is a lot more to this story than just poisoning.

In fact, this is truly one of the most bizarre cases I've ever heard.

Not only did Audrey Marie Hilly try to murder off her family, but when she was caught for these crimes, she fled the state of Alabama for years and

assumed a new identity.
