Throughout this series, we've taken you through the past 20 years of James Dolan's ownership.

From the moment his father's company bought the garden,

but you have to understand this is the key issue of his life.

His whole life's, everyone has said to him, you are nothing,

and you wouldn't be in the position you're in, if not for your father.

Through all the different regimes who've run the Knicks basketball operations,

Isaiah Thomas, Donnie Walsh, Bill Jackson, and Steve Mills.

Just look at the track record.

There's a lot of good people that have gone through there and kind of gotten chewed up

and spit out.

It's just hard.

It's hard to work with them.

The results speak for themselves. And over all these

years, there's been one constant at the garden. The six degrees of everything that have happened

these last 20 years really ends up, you know, with Jim. And I think as long as he is there,

you're going to continue to see the dysfunction that has always been there since he walked through

the door.
