***TRIGGER WARNING: This episode talks of eating disorders and recovery, body image, body weight, and starvation. Please do no listen if this sort of discussion is harmful to you.
Courtney Hill is a little spit fire. She's courageous, funny, full of light, and the life of the party at every party.....She also has struggled with a deeply horrific eating disorder for years. She takes us along on her journey of how it started for her, how she recovered, and her thoughts on body image and health in general today. Weslie discusses how body image has seeped into every aspect of her life, and touches on her worries about raising daughters in a society obsessed with bodies. Courtney gives us great advice on what to say, and not to say when someone you love is in the throws of this addiction.
