Hey everybody, welcome to Forever 35. A podcast about the things we do to take care of

0:16.0

ourselves. I'm Kate Spencer. I'm Dory Shea for here. And no, we're not experts. We're

0:20.0

just two friends who like to talk about about zero. I skipped the a lot. I mean, it's

0:27.0

just that we do like to talk about them a lot. And also cleansers. We're just having

0:33.4

a prepod conversation about cleanser. We sure were. You know, I was searching for a Holy

0:39.0

Grail cleanser to replace my serivie as previously discussed. And I let you down with my recommendation.

0:45.3

I don't blame you. I don't know why I'm taking it personally. You shouldn't. You really

0:49.4

should too much. It just wasn't for me. It just was not for me, which is fine. And I gave

0:55.6

it to you, which is what this whole journey is about. Exactly. So I was like, I'm on a mission

Hamish All Clean Green Foam Cleanser, which costs $12. Great price. Great price. It doesn't

1:21.8

leave my skin feeling tight. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. It really, it's like a good

1:28.3

morning wake up cleanser. But here's the other thing that I've been thinking about. Apparently,

1:33.3

unless you have like a very oily skin, you don't even really have to wash your face in the morning.

1:38.9

You can just kind of rinse it off with water or use like a mecillary. Yeah. A little wipe of that

1:44.5

stuff. Yeah. So I've been experimenting with some days I'm just rinsing, some days I'm using

1:50.9

the cleanser. You know, I'm really in an experimenting phase. That's very minimalistic of you.

1:57.2

Thank you. I like that. So there are some days, so if you don't use cleanser, you just

2:00.8

wash with water and just splash some water in the shower. And then do you do the rest of your

2:04.6

things like you would put on your your coq 10 serum you would put on waste triser and sunscreen.

2:11.6

I'm also I've also been experimenting with my moisturizer and sunscreen. I'm going to tell you

2:17.6

I had been using the Cossar X alo SPF 50 plus plus plus plus plus stuff, which I still really like.
