Access Pipeline, which has been the source of a lot of controversy

and protest in North Dakota. And joining me to try to sort all this out is Rob Port, who is

blog.com. I've met Rob a couple of times when I've gone to North Dakota for speaking engagements,

and I thought of him immediately when this issue came up. So I'm glad to welcome him to the show.

Rob, thanks for being here. Thanks for having you, Tom. We've got to get to the bottom of this Dakota access pipeline because

everybody's talking about it. And I've got a lot of people asking me to talk about it. And in particular,

since I have a libertarian audience, I have people who want to know the precise rights and

wrongs of what's happening in terms of property.

Who owns the property in question? What kind of agreements have been reached between the property

owners? These are the fundamental questions that help us to decide the moral rights and
