Everybody today is going to be a super personal episode for me.

You know I have a Google Doc where I write down all the potential topics that I might cover

on any given day and there are thousands of things to talk about but today I want to go

back to something that I've talked a little bit about here on the show.

I just want to talk about what therapy has done for me.

It's not magic.

It doesn't solve all of your problems.

But it damn sure helps and I just want to talk a little bit.

Every time I say I'm not going to be long, I go long so I'm not going to say it but I intend

to be brief.

I just want to encourage you all today that I'm thinking about therapy on the fence and

see other people talking about it, other people getting it but you never really took the

leap.

Today I really want to encourage you.

Here's some important news from Network Rail.

If you're planning to catch a train over the May Bank holiday weekends.

From the 28th of April to the 1st of May and from the 27th to the 29th of May, Network Rail

will be working to upgrade and improve the railway for us all.

And while most of the network will stay open, some train services will be affected.

So be in the know before you go.
