Africa likes to throw things at you in a hardcore way.

And then obviously animals as well.

There's dangerous animals around scorpions, snakes, elephants.

There was a few nights where I woke up in my tent in the middle of the night

because elephants were stomping past the tent. Hey folks, welcome to the adventure sports podcast.

Timis running across Africa 2,500 miles, 89 days, the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian Ocean.

Pretty incredible. It also got her the United Kingdom's 2015 Adventure of the Year

Award. So buckle up. This one's going to be awesome. You know, that's one thing about Africa is

it just takes any adventure and turns it up another notch. So this is filled with stories.
