I would say no, but it seems like a fair payment for doing that.

So a jury in Marion County, Tennessee ordered Cracker Barrel, the restaurant, the Cracker Barrel old country store, to pay the man 9.4 million dollars after it found the company at fault for serving him a glass filled with a chemical instead of water.

Now the jury made me capped due to a Tennessee law on civil damages, but whatever it is, the man deserves every freaking penny of it.

The jury returned the verdict quick and gave him 4.3 million in compensatory damages in like 30 minutes and then it took another 10 for punitive damages of 5 million and we're ready to rock and roll.

Now the Cracker Barrel is disappointed in the award. Why?
