Years ago, when Basil and Seven were like six and eight years old, they were little.

I was hired to paint a mural at a place called Kangaroo Zoo.

It was one of those places where you can go for kids' birthday parties.

And the whole joint is filled with those blow up bounce houses and slides and, you know,

giant dragons that are obstacle courses.

When you're the end of the project, they were about to open and I had to finish on this day.

It was our anniversary.
