think is another tremendous conversation on you a little bit later on. And no, not every conversation

is an amazing conversation. I will own that. I've spent the last three decades plus doing

multiple interviews every day, at least five days a week. So believe me, I know a good interview

from a bad interview, and I've had my share of the latter. In fact, in most cases, there really

aren't any great interviews, only great conversations. That's actually my advice

to any aspiring journals or people pushing content that are doing, quote, interviews for the first time.

You're not looking to conduct a great interview. You're looking to have a great conversation.
