Summary

If you're a Netflix subscriber or you're from the UK or you're just really good at torrenting you may have seen a show recently called "The Great British Bake Off."

This show unquestionably rules and if you haven't seen it check it out.

The reason I bring it up is this week's guest, Cory Allen, is also a fan of "The British Bake Off" which adds to his reputation of guy who likes cool things.

If you're a long time listener, you may remember Cory from episode 39.

Cory hosts a wonderful podcast called The Astral Hustle which happens to be on MindPod Network .

Cory is one of the most grounded, down to earth and easygoing people I've come across in my 33 trips around the sun.

In this episode, we talk about putting practices into action when you go through tough times.

Basically, when the shit hits the fan what can we actually do that helps?

So, yeah.

That's this episode.

And we talk about the baking show too.

Corey's second appearance on this show. I've gotten to know Corey over the past year. I don't even

1:10.7

The Astral Hustle. He's a meditation teacher.

1:13.4

But more importantly, he's just cool as fuck. He's just like a really cool, nice, authentic human being.

And we like those types of people, right? So I'll get to Corey in just a second. That song you heard right there for the intro, that's something I started for the beta

version of Creative Evolution, which is the creative community and course that is in beta right

20 people enrolled in the beta version. We're working out some of the kinks and we're all probably

starting our projects right about now. So that song that you heard there will evolve into a

1:57.7

completed project over the next four weeks and I'll share it when it's done.

at the before, nope, it's not how you say that. Before, in the middle, and after the show,

thank you a lot, very much. Seriously, sincerely thank you. You have inspired me to release an

EP at the end of the year, thinking about four or five songs that I will be releasing. So that's
