You probably know by now, I love doing this podcast. It's a crazy amount of work. It never

stops, but it's fun. Why is it fun? Because I never cease learning.

I get to turn my brain on and keep it on all the time.

Let me tell you a little secret about doing an interview.

Because most people probably don't regularly do interviews.

When you're finished doing an hour-long interview, it feels like you've worked out. And literally, if you do a little bit of homework on the mind, the mind has

worked out. Now, for me, my style, since I really don't have questions written down, I have to listen intently,

I mean, everyone listens intently or they should listen intently if they're doing an interview,

but I listen intently to what they say, to what the guest says, because I have to have a

damn good response, a damn good question next. And if I don't have something that comes from

just listening to the guest, I do need to look at a sheet of paper in front of me and steal a

bullet point and weave that into the conversation. Now, this is all a completely learned on

the job skill.
