Hey everybody, I am here in Phoenix, Arizona. It is beautiful outside in November. The only times I've been in Phoenix prior to this was in the middle of July, and I don't recommend that, more recommend November.

We are here at the American Freedom Tour, and I have a wonderful guest with me, Andrew Krabiuschetz. He is the founder of Red Balloon, and Red Balloon is a job listing site that is totally unwoke.

Andrew, great to have you here. Awesome, and Metro Sun, and we've just been having this great time here in Phoenix and lovely, lovely weather.

Give us a bit of the backstory of Red Balloon. Why did you and how did you start it?

Thanks, Steve. I've been in the tech industry for 15, 20 years now. Leading companies also getting access to a huge amount of labor market data.

I saw a lot of the labor shortage that we're all feeling right now coming from a long way off, actually, and there's, I can go into the demographics that have led to that, and also all the policy that's led to that.

Both of them have put us into a spot as a country that we really want to come back. We want to wake up, and it just feels like the policy is keeping us from doing that.

I see this labor shortage coming. If you're in the tech industry, and you have friends in Seattle and San Francisco and Portland, you know that they used their platform to push their woke worldview, and it's terrible.

I see this all over the place. I also had good friends who were getting fired from places like Amazon, because they didn't use the right pronoun.

So the vaccine issue is the most recent issue, but the wokeness in the workplace has been a dominant factor really for the last decade, and I think it's time to push back.

So I started red balloon.work as a place for freedom-loving employers to find freedom-loving employees, and for people, particularly a lot of people who are being displaced by the vaccine mandate, and it's not even the mandate.

All these businesses who are desperate, you know, to be best friends with the administration, and so they're putting all this on their workers in a just horrible situation.

And so a lot of those people aren't able to make a good decision because they don't think they have an option. They don't think they have hope.

And so I thought if red balloon.work can be a place where freedom-loving employers can post a job, and freedom-loving employers, employees can post their resume, apply for a job.

It's not super complicated. It's matchmaking for employment, but it's matchmaking for employment without all the wokeness, right? Really straightforward. That's what I did with red balloon.

We just heard Denesh D'Souza speak, and he talked about the importance of building these parallel structures, parallel institutions, right?
