The world's largest head fund, which is frankly larger than most countries, GDP, BlackRock,

just said, get ready for a recession unlike any other, basically that it's going to be ugly.

Now, it's kind of sobering if you don't know any better, but listen up, don't let that

scare you.

Remember that with crisis comes opportunity and there will be incredible opportunity

coming in the future.

So what do you do to prepare?

One of the most important pieces of that is your relationships.

I think it's probably the most important component of success in multi-family.
