Episode 75. Working Class on Deercast. I don't actually know where I'm looking at. We're experimenting with new

equipment. I'm looking at this camera, I think, within you there. There's Leon Austin. We're playing

around on the fly. We can't afford an in-house co-producer or producer to edit our video cuts,

but we're trying to get better gradually. So I think people think that we're nerds first,

hunter's second here at Working Class, bow hunter. Quite the opposite. There's a lot of things I

don't understand when other podcasters tell me and I'm like, huh? Not me, dude. I just like talking.

favorite here. I wouldn't say that. I've been here a lot, but that doesn't mean I'm a favorite.

Austin, everybody knows you. You've been around a long time. Somebody. How are you? I'm just

peachy. We've been doing some kind of some habitat, light habitat work a little bit, and more

prep work coming in. It's springtime coming into Turkey season. It's time to think about food plots.

I'm doing a controlled burn this weekend, which I'm very nervous about. I'm helping with it.

I'm not doing it. Have you done much of that? I talked about the forest last week. I've helped

on on a couple, but I'm honestly too scared to do it myself because I, yeah, fire in me don't get

along. So I'm kind of nervous to go and just torch a 160 and let it burn through it. I just don't

have the courage to do it myself. I don't either. Lee, have you done much with controlled burn

or anything like that? I was a volunteer firefighter for six years, so yeah, I've done a lot of it.

Do they typically get called out for that stuff? I should probably give the fire department a head

you should call and let them know. We would have people that don't want to do it themselves and they

just would donate to the fire department and we'd come and burn it. It's good practice. I didn't
