You know as well as I do that you waste a lot of time in your phone, in air quotes, running your business.

And we can just all say that it happens, right? We're all guilty of it. There's always room for improvement.

There's major room for improvement for me.

And I have come a long way.

I've come a long way.

And I know that you're having a hard time finding the resources to fix it because as work

from home moms, when we are trying to run a business basically from the internet right

we want to be home with our babies and so being able to find resources that fit what we're going

through in our life is incredibly hard i looked for tons and tons and tons of

resources and ended up not really finding them. So I created them. And that is what I'm going to share

with you today. These are my top three hacks to running an efficient business. And the reason why

we need efficient businesses is because a, we know, you know you're wasting time.

And so you know that every single time you say, if only I had more time than I could get done in my

business, what I need to get done. And then magically your kids go to school for six hours and you just

sit there and stare at the wall and you feel overwhelmed or you get like a two or three hour break or a sitter lines up or your husband like randomly says,

oh yeah, that's fine. I'm going to take the kids or whatever. And then you're like, oh, crap,

what I do at this time? Because all of this busy work that you've been doing in your business

is actually just making you feel like you're running a business.

But what it comes down to is getting the skills that you need as a work from home mom.

Work from home moms need very different skills than most business owners, right?

We have to know how to run our business in small time blocks, in very small increments of time.

May it be because we're super dedicated and we get up early in the morning or because we want to be a crazy loon and we stay up late in the evening or because we try and multitask it during the day.
