While the images that we've seen can make us feel very distant and desensitized to what is

actually happening in the Ukraine, I do agree that we should say an open prayer before we start today for the people of the Ukraine and all countries that are suffering through war right now, including Yemen and other parts of the world that have been struggling for years.

And many of these wars have not been covered by media because the media does pick and choose

what they want to cover. It is important that we send a prayer of love and light and to

lighten the suffering for those who are going through trauma and suffering through pain

through this time, through war and struggle, we are here for you,

and we do believe that we should always fight more with peace and love because there is no

reason for war at all. In fact, war is brought on simply by ego. And ego is what we try to get rid of in this time because it is

deeply at who we are and look at the meaning of life. I know a lot of you are looking for answers and I'm here to
