Welcome to Ohio State Buckeyes draft headquarters. We have a great Buckeye talk for you today and we're going to get right to it.

Doug Lameries, Bill Landis, Ari Wasserman. We are going to have the Urban Meyer era Ohio State draft. We have a big board on the TV in Ari's

apartment. Every starting player from Urban Meyer's five years at Ohio State,

they are on the board. Bill Ari and I are going to have a draft where we draft

a team of 22 players, 11 starters each side of the ball. You will hear that in real time.

We have not done it yet. You will hear us in the order we

pick these players. There's going to be a lot of strategy here, but the idea here is

to give you a sense of the Urban Meyer era. And we want to do some draft stuff

without getting bogged down in where Curtis Samuel is going to get picked in the actual NFL draft on Thursday.

Yeah. So we're fired up, right? I was doing research. I made a spreadsheet. I am prioritizing positions based on depth I'm ready to go

There's there's interesting strategy here because like there are positions where there are great players but there's so many great players you're not

there's not as much of an imperative to pick a guy at that spot and then there's some

other ones where there's some really good players but there's clearly some guys who

stand out so you will hear us discuss this as we go. When we're done at

guys can vote on who has the best team and here's how we're

going to go in order. We're going to go the same order in every round just like in the

real NFL draft. Bill's going to pick first because he's still the newest guy on the beat.

Ari's going to pick second and I'm going to pick third because I'm the old guy.
