1:39.6 | intention of finding answers about how to solve the problems that you face, even though they might be |
1:47.6 | different from the exact problems that the person who's getting coached faces, then you will find |
1:55.5 | the value. And when we're listening to group coaching, if we're not the ones in the hot seat, then our |
2:02.8 | brain tends to be a little bit less resistant. And so sometimes it's easier to absorb the coaching |
2:08.4 | that someone else is getting than it is to absorb the coaching that you're getting when you're |
2:15.2 | in the hot seat and when it's your life and your brain. |
2:18.7 | So that's the way that I encourage you to listen to this episode today. |

2:29.5 | But look for what you can take from the coaching that they're receiving and see how you can apply it |
