Summary

When Henry sent an email asking his friend about joining him to finally take that trip they’ve been talking about, it took less than 24 hours for his friend to respond with a “yes”. Little did they know the media sensation that would soon create enough interest for over 30 people to join them on a bicycle tour from Cairo, Egypt to Cape Town, South Africa.

Not only would this journey achieve a Guinness World Record for the fastest human-powered crossing of Africa, but would also lay the foundation of what is now TDA Global Cycling, of which Henry is the Founder and Director.

To date, over 1,600 people have completed the Tour d’ Afrique, as it’s now known.
