Democrats want to pack the Supreme Court.

Packing the court is when you increase the number of judges on the court.

And to justify their calls to pack the Supreme Court, often explicit calls to pack the Supreme

Court, they accused Republicans of packing the Supreme Court.

And they did this by redefining the term packing the court to mean just replacing the judges

when vacancies come up on the court instead of adding to the number of judges on the court.

So that was the old strategy.

Now though they've gone even further while they are trying to pack the court, they are

now saying that they are not only not packing the court, but they are in fact unpacking

the court.

Some people will say we're packing the court, we're not packing it, we're unpacking it.

We're unpacking it says Jerry Nadler.

Come on.
