If America falls, what will you trust in then?

These two episodes, the one from last week and this one,

I am attempting to offer you a kind of assurance and faith and comfort

that will endure anything.

And the reason I'm offering you that is not because I think the worst is definitely going to happen, right?

I've, you know where I stand on this, if you've been listening to this show for

any amount of time, I think things are rough in America.

I think we're toying with really dangerous forces,

but I don't think that it's a guarantee that we will collapse or anything of that nature.

But sometimes I think when people reach out to me about their fears of collapse, right?

There's a kind of confusion between the possibility that America might indeed collapse, right?

That's totally possible because everything falls, everything dies.

We live in a world of collapse where all the powers of the world, no matter how secure and certain and sure they seem,

they all fall, right?

But don't get it twisted.

Don't confuse that with the possibility that God might abandon you.

This is really easy to do because America is founded as a nation of Christians,

a Christian nation founded on religious principles.

And we who are religious have always taken great pride in the strong faith of the American people.

The founders took pride in that.

And so it's easy to confuse America with Christianity because we love them both.

We love America.
