the radar, but once you hear him talk, he'll definitely be on yours. Justin Gershally is the

White Sox manager for Class A Canapolis. He's 27 years old.

He's the youngest manager in all of professional baseball.

But someone who one day could be sitting in a major league manager's office with his name on it.

Everybody I've talked to about him, from Aaron Rowan to Jim Tomey to Chris Gets,

rave about Justin Gershely in his makeup.

He looks like he's 27.

Actually, he looks like he's about 24, but he talks baseball like he's 44.

And in his first season, his manager of the intimidators, he helped lead them to their first

playoff birth in eight years, and the first time in the championship in 12 years.

Now, it helped that he had some really good players coming through the team this season.

You had Alec Hansen, Dane Dunning, Jake Berger, Micah Adolfo, and others.
