make things happen officer. So, Christmas time is right now. Every Christmas, I do a lot

of reflecting, and I reflect on the year, everything that's happened, the mistakes that we've

made, the amazing things that we've done, the transformations that we have seen, and

other anglers, and really just kind of the family that we've built. I think at the end of

the year, for most businesses, it's a good time to really just do that reflection and think

about, you know, where do you want to take the company, or your role within a company the

next year. And so, I spend a lot of time here over this Christmas break, and I want to do this

before New Year's, just because there's a story that we've never shared with anyone. Our

employees now know this, my parents know this, my wife knows it, but besides that, no one else

knows this story about an investment baking deal recently here with Salt Strong that actually

went bad, but I truly believe that everything happens for a reason, and I believe the reason

I'm going to share this entire podcast with you, what I learned, and how it can impact

you. I believe that all happened for that reason, just so we can learn that one simple lesson.
