history. I'm talking, of course, about the university system. Now, personally, I am a beneficiary of

America's university system. I went to the University of California at Los Angeles, which is the

superior school in Los Angeles. I went to UCLA. And then for law school, I went to Harvard Law School. So I know

a fair bit about higher education since I've spent an awful lot of time there. Well, I will explain to you
