I want to start today, Aaron, with kind of where you end in your newest book, because you lay the philosophical down about the one winner.

And, you know, I can look out there right now and I can say, my gosh, Jeff Bezos deserves every reward he has

received. I salute his success. I say, my gosh, he's just nailed it. But you know, a lot of people,

a lot of people are not winning like Jeff Bezos. Even people inside Amazon are making very, very small money.
