0:55.3	identified 37 year old Radi Labib Prince as the shooter and he is believed to be still at

1:04.4	So I just have to point out that if you look at, I mentioned this for one of the previous

1:16.0	It was in the Wall Street Journal like a week ago.
1:18.0	It just showed this timeline of decades
1:21.0	with circles, the size of which how many people died like so the more people the
1:25.2	bigger the circle and it shows like very few circles in our history and then since 2010 halfway through Obama's first term, there's just the circles are all overlapping and clustered and getting bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger, okay?
1:40.0	And I just have to take this opportunity to once again ask the question, why?
1:46.0	Why is this stuff happening more often? Is there some reason that we have a change in people's mental state, in their desire to do this, why here and not other countries?
