Summary

Jordan chats with her dear friend Nicole Cogan, Founder & CEO of NOBREAD, about everything from their rapidly changing lives to their vastly differing spiritual philosophies to attempting to move away from labels to how much Vanderpump Rules rules. She brings so much lightness and so many high vibes, so we know you’ll adore this episode! If you want even more Nicole, check out our last conversation in Episode 44, which is all about how she built the awesome NOBREAD brand.

We’d also like to thank our sponsor, HUM Nutrition! Jordan has been talking about them on the blog for a REALLY long time because she uses them all the time, and she wants you to know about them too! HUM is an all-natural line of supplements, and their goal is to use science-based and clinical-backed nutrition as a tool for helping people feel amazing. We love how they focus on inner beauty, and holistically approaching outer beauty concerns from within! When you go to HUMNutrition.com, don’t forget to use the discount code SOUL at checkout to get 20% off your first order!

Jordan also wants to tell you about a magical service she recently discovered that she thinks everybody has to know about: Thrive Market! If you like to eat high vibe, plant-based, organic goodness from the earth, then this is going to save you a lot of money because their prices are 25-50% below retail price. Plus, Thrive Market is offering you $60 of FREE organic groceries, with free shipping and a 30-day trial on their website, if you go to ThriveMarket.com/BLONDE.

I'm going to record a new episode of the Kogane from No Bread.

0:35.5

But here I am, Nicole and I talked for three hours and one and a half of those hours was recorded for this podcast.

0:44.2

And I don't think it's the day to record my Ponsha karma recap.

0:48.8

This recap is something that I will be so excited to share with you guys when the time is right.

0:56.2

I think it'll probably be next week because I don't want too much time to pass after finishing my Ponsha karma before I share all the details with you guys.

1:07.2

I truly think everyone needs this Ayurvedic detox in their life.

1:12.2

And if you're dying to hear more and you have no idea what a Ponsha karma is or you just want to learn, learn, learn about Ayurveda.

1:20.4

And you can check out one of my earlier episodes with Angelique Deva.

1:24.7

She is one of my Ayurvedic practitioners.

1:27.4

And this time I did the Ponsha karma at Siria Spa in the Palisades with Martha Soffer, who is an Ayurvedic doctor who's basically sought after all around the world

1:40.4

because she is so deeply intuitive and magical and so practically psychic when it comes to what she does.

1:49.0

But then again, it's not psychic at all because she's reading your pulse and learning about your body and she's just such a phenomenal person.

1:59.3

And I can't even tell you guys how good I feel about seven full days at Siria Spa.

2:05.8

But I'm going to get into all of that in the Suria recap.

2:10.1

And I will just update you guys on the fact that my rashes, the full body rashes that I've been suffering from this whole year have started to go away thanks to the treatments at Siria.

2:24.4

And I couldn't be more grateful or more thrilled that these rashes are getting so much better.

2:32.5

And of course, as I say this, I'm still scratching my legs to the point where they're bleeding and I still do have this rush, but it looks and feels 10,000 times better thanks to my treatments at Siria Spa, which was an Ayurvedic Ponsha Karma.

2:49.2

So I will talk all about that.

2:51.0

And if you have questions, feel free to send them to me.
