You know, since leaving the church, I view the church as a, you know, it's a spiritual

cul-de-sac on a golf course of spirituality that doesn't really branch out to the rest

of the world.

Very good.

So I got into breath work.

I had my challenges as an adult.

I was doing well, but knew I was capable and more and wasn't like my, like I could look

at the potential and see what I was doing and going, these don't match up.

So I went on a journey and a couple years into the journey, I found breath work.

It was a full-blown psychedelic experience.

I had visions and loss of time and loss of sensation of self and received messages and downloads,

what people call downloads, revelations, insights, feelings, it was like, whoa, it's crazy,

it's crazy.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

One of the theories is that once you begin breathing this way, it releases DMT from within

your lungs.

One part of your brain is telling another part of your brain a story and you're surprised

by that story that you are telling yourself, which is always, like, how can I surprise

me?

But you, your own brain surprises you with what you see.

You scream.
