And so everyone was having these conversations without me almost about where the best place was to go and why and their memories of it.

And it was just brilliant to see.

You know, they were actually getting joy out of remembering their own good times in those countries. Welcome to the Adventure Sports Podcast. I'm your host, Mason Gravely, but I'm actually not hosting today's episode because it's a

0:38.1

throwback Thursday episode. It's with Kurt, who used to host the show, and Anna McNuff. She's been on

0:44.0

the show quite a few times, and today's episode is a throwback from 2016, where she biked across

1:39.5

aspect to it, what a cool way to get people involved. I love the idea. And also, before we jump into the

1:45.8

episode, I want to thank the Restoration Depot for sponsoring the show. They provide totally online

1:52.1

virtual classes for all sorts of things, everything from jimbe drumming to Tai Chi, to dance

1:59.0

classes, to intensati, to essential oil, educational classes to Intensati to essential oil educational classes so

2:04.2

basically what it is it's you come together as a class like you would doing anything else

2:08.5

a yoga class whatnot but it's all online you know for whatever reason whether you're traveling

2:12.3

or you're working from home and you just can't get out it's a great way to connect with folks
