It is my honor to introduce to all of you Lieutenant Colonel Waldo Waldman, Waldo's a decorative fighter pilot in the off of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling book, Never Fly Solo.

He teaches tactics on how to build trusting revenue-producing relationships with employees, partners, and customers while sharing his experiences as a decorative fighter pilot and sales expert.

I got to meet Waldo backstage in Jacksonville, Florida, where we're both as you guys know part of the American Freedom Tour Donald Trump Jr., Kelly Mackinetti, and he gave this amazing presentation about his life as a fighter pilot with all this cool, amazing video.

And then I find out I had to follow it. I was the guy who had to speak after him. And so when I came out there in front of the audience, we had like 2,000 people there. All I could do was say, you know, after hearing Waldo speak, I've never felt less like a man than I do right now.

Seriously, while he's awesome and he is with us today, so Waldo, come on out, Lieutenant Colonel, there he is, look at that, beautiful, wonderful.

It's so great to have you here. I'm so excited to chat with you and to talk about how you're inspiring and motivating patrons all across the country. So thanks for being here, Waldo, it's awesome.

You got to Dr. Steve, it's great to be here in Hannah. You got a top gun on your team there. She's super sharp and it says a lot about your organization to attract that type of talent and focus.

Oh, she's amazing. Oh gosh, yeah, she can't she can never, ever, ever leave us will fall apart immediately, right Hannah?

What am I using? Is that called guilt tripping? I don't know. I'll find some kind of manipulative term for it. But anyway, Waldo, first and foremost, of course, thank you for your service. You are amazing. You're incredible.

And let's start with your backstory, just how you became a fighter pilot and how that shaped and framed your life.

So, you know, I'm 53 years old. I'm married. I've got a 10 and a half year old little guy running around. We just got a 10 month old, great day.

Life is good. We're all healthy and blessed. I wake up every day and gratitude. I, you know, my background was a fighter pilot, but I'd like to call myself a courage monger.

There's enough year mongers in the world today. I like to give people courage. I overcame with a lot of things in my life, my upbringing, combat and the military.

A lot of struggles, just like everyone watching this program. But I learned about taking my focus and my passion and pursuing something greater than myself through this conduit called the Air Force through this mechanism called this amazing F-16, right?

And I was able to fly this jet, serve my country and do amazing things that it kicks some serious, but I love the challenge. And, but through that process, I learned about humility.

I learned about hard work and honor and the principles that founded our amazing country, which are being bled away every single day from people who don't know what it is that they're fighting for or they have their eyes and their jets on the wrong target.

And so what I try to do is create a vector, a direction and an energy of hope, of accountability, of responsibility, because I don't believe we could just wake up every day and philosophize our way to success.

We've got to show up just like your guests, just like your YouTube subscribers, just like the folks that are going to be at AFT.
