There's a holistic approach to looking at ourselves that is biblical.

It is our spiritual health, which is often overlooked by the secular culture.

There is our physical health, and then there is our mental health.

The way our brains are operating, the synapses and neurons that are firing off in our mind

can miss fire.

And so to your point, if you're experiencing clinical depression, the only way you can

know that is if you go to a Christian biblical counselor and able to diagnose you, and then

you can look at it from those three areas, from a physical, a spiritual, and a mental

way.

And I think you have to look at all three.

You know, I get recognized time and again in public.

But I had a first.

I heard it was wanted.

That's your family.
