I used to spend a lot of time actually for work in Australia.

Like an amazing country with like it's like terribly diverse and I just love that place.

I'd love to go there never been there. Yeah we need a something there, right?

Get us more followers down under and we'll go to a conference there or something.

So, okay, so we are, the goal of today's episode is to just validate and normalize and empathize with

some of the feelings that you've felt.

So, on both sides, betrayed and addicted.

And there's common themes that we hear in our work, you know, coaching people, doing therapy with people that over and over again
