All right, welcome to the Righteous Remnant Podcast.

We normally release podcasts episodes every other week, but because of what happened in

Israel over this past weekend, I wanted to release a podcast episode to kind of go over it,

because I know that there are a lot of Christians that are wondering and have questions about a lot

of the stuff. So I'm going to try and give some broad overview for those who are very unfamiliar

with the Palestinian conflict. And then I'll go into a little bit about how we as Christians,

what perspective we should have, I think, and how we can pray or how we can get involved in any

other way, okay? All right, so first of all, just a quick history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,

you know, the Israelites were cast out of the land 2,000 years ago, okay? This happened because

Jesus prophesied that this is in Matthew 24, 25, that the temple would be destroyed and he warned

them and the new Testament apostles warned Christians about anti-Christs, okay?

Anti-Christs are counterfeit Christs or counterfeit Messiahs. Christ is just the Greek translation

for the Hebrew word Messiah, okay? And so the Messiah is the chosen one that would lead Israel

right into its glorious destiny, something like that, right? A very shorthand version of Messiah,

all right? But Jesus warned about those that would claim, okay, to come in his name, it said,

don't believe them, right? And what happened in 8070 is that there was another anti-Christ,

another person who claimed to be the Jewish Messiah that came and the nation of Israel backed

that person and led to a revolt against the Roman Empire and the Romans came in and they surrounded

Jerusalem with armies. And at that point, you know, the believers, those who believe that Jesus

was the true Messiah, remembered his words that he had said, when you see Jerusalem surrounded by
