I think because, I'm thinking about this the other day, I think because I'm just like in a mode where I'm adding in, I'm making my deposits. You know what I mean? So I'm just in a season of like making my deposits and I'm doing my best to make those and like, prioritize myself and self-care and working out in sunlight and fresh air.

And, that was, that was really good. Touch me. Okay. No, I'm saying like just to hear you say it like that, like depositing things within yourself and then giving those examples, that was really good. Yeah, it's very easily overlooked and it's very important as we move into the holidays because things come up. Yeah. You have a season of depression. You have the holidays. You may be single for the holidays and it's like again here, you know, like lots of things are happening at this time of year. So it is important even more to make those deposits. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. That's really good. I think definitely right now I know that I've talked about this in previous episodes. Seasonal depression is definitely something that I go through around this time of year.

And I know last year, this was a time

that was talking to my therapist.
