By now, you've likely seen the photo of Jerry Jones, the owner of "America's Team," the Dallas Cowboys, protesting with other young white men in 1957 in Little Rock, Arkansas - in an attempt from keeping Black students entering their school.

It's been confirmed. And what's perhaps most revealing is that I haven't heard a single person shocked by Jerry Jones being in this photo. In makes sense, actually.

And today I will unpack and explain not only my feelings on what this photos means today, 60+ years later, but I want us to talk about the one solution that exists that can help us guarantee something like this never happens again.

For my entire life, anytime I see photos from the 50s and 60s of young white students,

sometimes in elementary school, middle school, high school, college,

blocking black students from entering elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, colleges,

all over the deep south and sometimes even beyond the deep south, I always wonder,

And it just so turns out that in 1957, as white students in Little Rock, Arkansas gathered together
