Anyway, someday, I will get the title right, but it is not today, apparently.

So what just kind of want to go over quickly getting started. We're a couple days into the paper

trading competition now. I can remember that part of it, at least. So we started last Thursday,

which would be November 1st. We're just, we're recording this on a Monday.

So my participants have had a couple days to actually kind of get their feet wet.

So the process I took with my team, and we'll see how Stevens and my coaching styles vary.
