Goodness gracious me, what's going on.

I hope everyone had a lovely, safe Halloween.

I did.

It was really, really nice and I am pre-recording this a few days early because I'm going to New

Today I want to talk about breakups, horrible, horrible thing.

Can you imagine if someone could bottle an antidote to a break up, a broken heart?

They would be a billionaire because breakups are the worst.

And I have been through many different kinds, so I've compiled some tips and I want to

talk about them today.

One of my most frequently asked questions, how to get over it, how to feel better, and

that's understandable because they are truly the worst, truly the worst.

That moment when you wake up in the morning and like for a split second, you forget and

then it comes crashing down to you.

That's like the only peaceful moment of your day.

That's so bad.

The nights where you cry so hard when you wake up the next day, your eyes are swollen
